• "Subscription" refers to the monthly paid access to premium features at $5 per month.
• "Content" refers to all information, text, images, data, links, software, or other material accessible through the Service.
• "User" refers to any individual or entity using the Service.

2. Our Service Model

2.1 What We Provide

SkillUp Hub is a career resource aggregation service. We provide:

• Curated job listings from official company career pages
• Links to Udemy courses available via official coupons/promotions
• Resume writing and improvement services
• Career advice and resources

3. Subscription & Payments

3.1 Subscription Fee

The subscription fee is $5 per month, payable in advance through M-Pesa or other approved payment methods.

3.2 What Your Subscription Includes

• Access to curated job listings
• Access to Udemy coupon courses
• Basic resume building tools
• Career resources and updates
• Email support

3.3 Premium Resume Service

Professional resume writing/editing is included in your monthly subscription. Each subscription allows for one major resume revision per month.

3.4 Billing Cycle

Your subscription will automatically renew every 30 days unless cancelled. You will be notified 3 days before renewal.

3.5 Refund Policy

We offer a 24-hour refund policy from the time of payment if you are unsatisfied with our service. To request a refund, contact us at info@tasflex.co.ke with your payment details.

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

4.2 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Share your account credentials with others
• Scrape or copy content from our Service
• Misrepresent your identity or qualifications
• Submit false or misleading information

4.3 Job Applications

When applying for jobs found through our Service:

• You apply directly with the employer
• We are not involved in the hiring process
• We are not responsible for employer decisions
• You must verify job details with the employer

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Tasflex Limited and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Third-Party Content: Job listings and course information belong to their respective owners. We only aggregate and display this information.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our maximum liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the last month.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to cancel your subscription.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nairobi, Kenya.
